		<description>This might work for a family that has more than 4 members but not for me. I do some 
menu planning but that is for the meat or chicken that I purchased. I only buy when on sale and stock up and save them in freezer. Then cook when I am in the mood or family member requests.</description>

		<description>I like to do a weeks worth of cooking, not a month.  I do think that it saves time and money.  I can&#039;t imagine trying to do a month&#039;s worth of cooking in 1-2 days.  Even when I am cooking only for 1 meal, though, I like to have leftovers to freeze for individual hot lunches.  This also saves a lot of time.</description>
